- Tree spades are rented for use on our machines only.
- Rear stabilizers are supplied with all spade machines.
- All charges are for time out, not time used.
- Rates are based on 8 hours of use per day. Overtime charge $35.00/hr.
- Fuel and transportation charges are not included in rates (Fuel @ $1.50/gal).
- Prices subject to change. Not all items may be available immediately.
- Severe applications may require adjustments to rates.
- Delivery of equipment available.
- Repairs due to unusual wear caused by abuse, damage or neglect will be charged to customer.
- Customer is responsible for full insurance coverage, certificate of insurance is required before taking equipment.
- See the front and back of rental contract for complete terms and conditions.
- Tire repair is the customer's responsibility.
- Leasee will furnish a qualified operator and perform recommended daily maintenance.
- Rental fees or estimated rental fees are due in advance.
- Rented items must be returned clean or customer will be charged at our labor rate for cleaning.
